Ranch Seco Recreation Park, CA

I know, kinda freaky right? This is at a public swimming and recreation area on the grounds of the now defunct Rancho Seco Nuclear Power Station near Sacramento, CA. It is proclaimed to be completely safe, and much of it converted to a park that hosts thousands of swimmers per year, and many events including triathlons and public ceremonies. Ironic. Hopefully they are right about the "safety' of those waters! (One dip was enough for me!)
