I went driving looking for a photograph on the country roads near my house one morning last December after taking Mia to school. The low hanging valley fog was breaking up and the sun was beginning to burn through in places, so I knew a photograph was going to happen somewhere. I just had to go find it! I snapped a few along the way until I drove past this pond and saw that this was going to be the spot. I spent about a half hour in that area watching the fog and light change and taking pictures. These two were my favorites.
