Descending Sacajawea

Scree skiing off the face of Mt. Sacajawea. This can be a very fun way to descend a mountain. However you must be careful not to start too big of a rock slide, and watch for boulders and rocks you knock loose as you pass by, which can then bounce down onto you. You should also go in shifts when you're with a climbing partner and the path is not wide enough to descend side by side, making sure to clear out of the rock fall path before the person above you descends, as they can knock rocks down onto you. When you find a nice soft flute of small rocks, gravel and sand that just carries you, it can be like surfing down the mountain. So much fun!
